I’ll admit that this is a bit of a lazy “DIY,” but it’s the end of the month, I don’t have much money left (RIP tax return), and this is something I’ve actually been needing. My total money spent was around $3 for the bowl, paint, and brush!
Supplies:
-Paint
-Plain dish (size and color is up to you)
-Paint brush
First things first, you’re going to want to make sure the bowl is clean so you don’t get any dirt or hairs stuck on your dish.
- Pour a bit of paint out onto a tray or onto your work area
- Paint desired shapes (I wanted dots so I went with a pre-cut brush)
- Paint edges of bowl *this is optional, but I liked the look*
- Let dry!
- That’s it! You’re done. Let it dry (this is super important) before putting anything it it.
