So it’s been a full week since I started my challenge and I’ve done pretty well so far! I actually had a doctor appointment on Friday for my yearly physical, and my doctor mentioned that this was the highest weight I’ve been! Here’s the issue: I’m definitely gaining weight (nothing significant since I started, but I haven’t lost any either which is good), but it’s all going right to my belly ): I look super bloated/like I have a food baby most of the day now so I’m not sure if I’m just eating too much or what the problem is.
Wyatt’s going to try losing weight again, so he’s going to have me make him do sit ups every day. I’m going to join in and I hope that it helps disperse the weight a little bit. If not, it’s not a big deal. I still fit in my clothes just fine, it was just weird to feel like I grew a baby belly overnight.
